色泽银红,甜酸微咸,清鲜可口。

材料

主料:椰菜花半边

辅料:番茄2 粒 , 葱花

调料:白砂糖20gm,盐, 生抽。

1.将菜花洗净,切成小块,入沸水中焯一下捞出,沥去水。将番茄洗净,切成小块。

2.锅内加油烧热,放入葱姜末炝锅,放入番茄块、把番茄煮烂。

3放入椰菜花,翻炒均匀,加鲜汤、炒约2分钟,入盐,白糖 ,调味粉(淀粉5克加水)勾芡,淋香油,出锅装盘即成。

Remark:

喜欢颜色重一点可以加番茄酱。注意用的是调和油,保持清淡的口味,
