宴客菜:糖醋烧藕条的做法

这个莲藕的新吃法-糖醋藕条,做法不但简单,还可以增进食欲,补充营养,健脑益智。而且这道菜用糖醋烧过后看着非常诱人,吃着口味酸甜,会让你食欲大增。
教大家糖醋烧藕条的做法

准备材料:(1-2人/份)
莲藕400g,盐,面粉,白糖,米醋,蕃茄酱

制作过程:
1. 莲藕洗净去皮,切成条状

2. 将面粉、盐、水调成面糊状,莲藕裹上面糊

3. 锅内放油烧热后放入莲藕炸至金黄即可

3. 将全部炸好盛入盘中

4. 锅内留少量油放芝麻、白糖、蕃茄酱、米醋炒成糊状

5. 再放炸好的藕条快速翻炒一下即可装盘。

友情提醒:
炸好的藕条放入锅内与糖醋汁混合时速度要快,不能炒的时间过久,以免裹在藕条外的面粉与藕条分散。
