高汤,就是冻起来会成膏的汤。高汤是烹饪中最常用的辅料之一。
做菜时,凡需要加水的地方都可换为加高汤,菜肴必定更加美味鲜香。

做法:
材料:胡萝卜、玉米、香菇、黄豆芽(还可以放些其他材料比如海带之类的)

1、所有材料洗净,香菇去泥根,胡萝卜切滚刀、玉米切小段

2、将整理好的材料放到煲中,加适量水,大火煮开转小火熬1小时左右,中间可以将盖子打开一点,这样煮出来的汤会更加清澈~~

最后,煮好,将食材滤出,即可得清澈的素高汤了~~放冰箱,炒菜煮汤就拿来用~~
