 面:4杯面(all purposeflour),1杯牛奶+1/3杯水,2.5teaspoon酵母(yeast),2tablespoon糖(估计可以减)
  馅儿:洋白菜1/3个,胡萝卜1根,香菇10朵左右,木耳一小把,蟹味菇一盒,魔芋丝一包,鸡蛋2个,虾皮少许。
  调味儿:香油多些,鱼露少许,姜末少许,盐两勺,鸡精一勺,白胡椒
成品大概40多个素包子
做法:

面:糖和酵母加在温牛奶牛奶和水中,激活一下酵母,把面和牛奶水放入面包机,dough档,连揉带发一共两小时左右,到呈现小蜂窝状

馅儿:洋白菜切碎,胡萝卜,香菇,木耳用foodprocessor打成碎,蟹味菇和魔芋丝简单切切,鸡蛋多放油炒散;把馅儿混匀,放香油,素蚝油,姜末,盐,生抽精,白胡椒调味。开包。
蒸:包好的包子放入蒸锅醒15分钟左右,包子会变得松软饱满。冷水上屉蒸,素的大概上气8分钟左右。蒸好以后不能马上掀盖子,稍微冷了以后再开盖
PS:有人说面黄,用牛奶和面,包子会白一些。包子第一次发酵要足才能发的饱满,蒸好以后不要马上开锅,否则刚发好的包子会遇冷迅速回缩。
