蔬菜炒饭也可以吵得很好吃。这道炒饭综合了青菜、洋葱以及香菇的风味,加上炒蛋与红萝卜丝配色,就是一道家常色香味俱全的营养可口料理!

材料:(2~3人份,人多时依比例增加材料即可)

白饭(冷藏一晚更佳)
蛋3颗
红萝卜少许
小白菜3片
新鲜生香菇2朵
洋葱1/2颗
盐少许
香菇粉少许
薄盐酱油少许

作法:
1.将红萝卜及洋葱、生香菇切丝,小白菜切细备用。
2.蛋打散至起大泡泡即可。
3.热油锅,将蛋汁倒入,炒至8分熟,用锅铲翻动成碎状。
4.倒入红萝卜丝、生香菇丝及洋葱丝,炒至洋葱丝呈半透明状。
5.倒入白饭,拌匀至松散。
6.最后倒入小白菜拌炒至熟透,起锅前以盐、高鲜香菇粉及薄盐酱油调味拌炒均匀即可。

备注:可另加上咖哩粉调味,即可变化成“咖哩蔬菜炒饭。
