原料:冬瓜一块,生菜叶
调味料:老抽、生抽、耗油、糖、高汤

做法:
1. 冬瓜去皮去籽,切成大块。皮这面朝上用刀划菱形花刀。
2. 锅里倒少量油,将冬瓜四周煎一下。
3. 沥去油,加老抽,生抽,蚝油,糖,高汤,加盖,煮沸后转中火使之入味。 
4. 烧到冬瓜全部变色变酥(否则不象东坡肉了) ,装盘,盘底铺生菜叶。

【要注意的】:
1. 花刀不要划得太深,否则煮后会碎。 
2. 如果用红烧肉的汤,更香。烹饪期间不要翻身太多。
3. 装盘后可以把汤汁用生粉勾薄芡,浇在冬瓜上,菜的色泽会更好。
