脆炸素苏东 (金针菇)

脆炸素苏东 (金针菇)

材料:
金针菇 2包
豆包 8片
日本紫菜 5张
面粉 2汤匙
脆炸粉 5汤匙
素G粉 适量(调脆炸粉)
清水 适量(调面粉及脆炸粉)
食油 1汤匙(调脆炸粉)
食油 适量(油炸用)

做法:
1)金针菇洗净弃除根部,拨开成小小堆.
2)面粉加适量清水调至浓稠待用.
3)日本紫菜对着原有的线条剪出待用(1片可剪出6长条).
4)豆包摊开成长形后把豆包对半切成2片再2长条(1片可切出4长条).
5)拿一小片豆包和一小堆的金针菇;豆包涂上面粉糊卷紧金针菇的尾端后再以日本紫菜卷在豆包外边(日本紫菜卷也得涂上面粉糊).
6)脆炸粉加入适量的素G粉调味再加适量的清水及1汤匙的食油调用.
7)把油锅烧热后倒入适量食油待热.
8)把已卷好的素苏东沾上脆炸粉糊放下去炸至金黄色;盛起滴干油趁热配泰式辣椒酱享用.
