40仍能「靓爆」、「型爆」饮食男女8种食物补一补

人力无法抵抗年纪的增长,但可令自己「老」得健美、甚至媲美年轻人。研究发现,步入30岁后,燃烧能量力逐渐下降,如饮食仍然维持20几岁的方式,想不增胖都难。

英国《每日邮报》报导,中年男女如想40岁后仍然「靓爆」、「型爆」如昔,8种食物不得不吃,包括有助降低坏胆固醇的麦片、含丰富抗氧成分的樱桃、有助降低血糖的杏仁、减少中风危机的含丰富脂肪鱼(OILY FISH)、有助女士在停经后增加骨质密度的黄豆、有助对抗癌细胞扩散的蕃茄、有助增加肌肉质量的全脂奶,及含丰富蛋白质的鸡肉。
